Significant development in the Procurement Pulse service

The focus of the development of Procurement Pulse in 2025 was the introduction of our new service, the Procurement Development Indicator, as part of the Procurement Pulse in the autumn. The Development Indicator is a user-friendly self-assessment tool that allows organisations to assess the development level of their procurement activities, identify areas for development and plan measures more efficiently.

In addition, we also revised other reports to improve the usability and quality of information:

  • The dashboard now also includes the key joint procurement information.
  • The notices on public procurement report was developed based on suggestions received from customers, and it was published in the service in January 2026.
  • Late in the year, we also launched a revision of the Joint procurements report, which will present the sustainability information of joint procurements more clearly in the future.
“We revised the reports to improve the usability and quality of the information.”

Procurement Pulse now offers a comprehensive view of procurements and monitoring the development of procurement activities – all in one place, easily accessible. The revisions were implemented in cooperation with our customers to ensure that the service meets their needs in the best possible way.
